Guest Ratings & Reviews
We picked this hotel mainly for the pool, but it turned out the kids weren't allowed, which was a huge bummer and something that should definitely be mentioned upfront. The hotel feels a bit outdated, and the beds could use an upgrade for better comfort. On the plus side, the staff was nice and helpful, which made our stay more pleasant.
We picked this hotel mainly for the pool, but it turns out that kids aren't allowed, which really should have been mentioned upfront. The place feels a bit outdated, and the beds weren't all that comfortable. On the brighter side, the staff was exceptionally nice and helpful, which I find is pretty standard in Japan. If you're traveling with kids, I'd suggest looking elsewhere.

The hotel felt quite outdated, and the beds weren't the most comfortable for a good night's sleep. On the bright side, the staff was genuinely nice and helpful, a quality I've come to appreciate in Japan, but it may not be the best choice for families looking for a fun getaway.

We picked this hotel mainly for its pool facilities, but to our surprise, it wasn't accessible for kids, which should definitely be mentioned beforehand. The hotel felt a bit outdated and the beds weren't the most comfortable either. On the bright side, the staff was incredibly nice and helpful, which is pretty common in Japan, but it still made our stay a bit better despite the other drawbacks.
We picked this hotel mainly for the pool, but I was really disappointed to find out that it wasn't available for kids, and this wasn't mentioned anywhere. The overall vibe felt a bit outdated, and the beds weren't the most comfortable. On the upside, the staff were incredibly nice and helpful, which is something I've come to appreciate in Japan. It might be a decent spot for business, but families should think twice before booking here.
